I could not for the life of me beat S-Bends with Viper but I just did it with the Mustang - this car is probably the easiest for most of the Drift Zones (if not for all). I don't even use E-Brake or regular brake here, just steering and accelerating - takes a while to figure out but it works wonders on dirt.
